Day 1: wine tours around Bandol AOC wines

A good day doesn't necessarily start with a good breakfast! For this, two options are available to you. You can either go to a charming bakery from the city and take with you pain au chocolat and croissant to devour on the beach Renecros. Or, you can sit on the terrace of a café, near the church square or of course Harbour, and take advantage of the breakfast options offered by the city's merchants. So, do you prefer a quiet beach or a village terrace?

The day continues with what has made Bandol famous throughout the world and especially on the most beautiful starred restaurants: our wines. To start, head toBandol wine cellar located at the end of the platform, in front the gaming casino. There, the whole team will welcome you with a smile to begin your wine initiation and tell you a little about the different areas. Memorize this information, you will need it later.

After having acquired theoretical knowledge, devote your afternoon to practice! On the advice of Maison des Vins specialists, choose the wine estate you wish to visit. Please note, these are not accessible by bus or bike (the road is too dangerous). You will therefore have to use your car*, or else call on an OenoTour!

During the summer period, numerous visits are organized by the different areas. The perfect opportunity to meet producers. You will learn more about their profession, their passion, their terrain and their techniques. And you can bring back with you a few bottles to enjoy once you return home.
