🔥 The summer 2024 program is being finalized, but we can already tell you that this year, a new activity will come into play for a complete 7 days a week schedule... We will tell you more very soon!

In life there are two teams: those who sleep late and those who prefer to enjoy the freshness of the morning. Well for the latter, here is something to occupy your beginnings of the day.

Early bird activities

Les activités des lève-tôt Bandol

You loved them last year, so the early bird activities will be back this summer! We have prepared a tailor-made schedule for you with the help of Bandol professionals. Just to give you ideas to occupy your holiday mornings.

Thus, in July and August, every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., take part in special sports classes for holidaymakers, outdoors in different locations around the city. The best part: the course is only €6!

the summer 2023 program

Monday and Friday is aquagym

Aquagym is, as its name suggests, gymnastics that is practiced in water and, more precisely here, in the sea. Its interest is to limit shocks and aches due to immersion of the body in water. This sport allows you to work several muscles (abs, glutes, thighs, arms, etc.). Each session will give you an irresistible feeling of lightness.

Classes given by Pierre, from Fitness Spirit, every Monday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., on Renecros beach (Chipote side). Registration required, in person at the tourist office.

Tuesday is gym tonic

The tonic gym is a dynamic muscle building class which allows you to sculpt the body to music. All the main muscle groups (thighs, glutes, abdominals, waist, arms, chest, back) are solicited in order to get back into overall shape and regain a harmonious silhouette.

Courses given by Celia, every Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at Parc du Capelan. Registration required, in person at the tourist office.

Equipment to bring for the course: yoga or gym mat, rabane (or small mattress), sportswear, bottle of water and towel.

Wednesday is garuda / pilates

The Garuda Method was set up about ten years ago by James D'Silva, in London. It is a "mind and body" approach, which allows you to reconnect body and mind. All this thanks to a combination of four disciplines: dance, tai chi, yoga and Pilates. A session consists of performing movements that allow you to work the whole body and become aware of it. At the end of it, you will feel lighter, calmer, in harmony with your body and at the same time, more energetic and efficient.

Classes given by Claudia, from Fitness Spirit, every Wednesday, from 9 to 10 a.m., at capelin park. Registration required, in person at the tourist office.

Equipment to bring for the course: yoga or gym mat, rabane (or small mattress), sportswear, bottle of water and towel.

Thursday is dynamic yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a so-called "dynamic" Yoga where we link postures to the rhythm of our breathing. Performed like a choreography, this discipline will improve flexibility, joint mobility and muscular endurance. A meditation is also practiced at each session in order to associate physical benefits with mental well-being.

Courses given by Celia, every Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the Parc du Canet (beach side entrance). Registration required, in person at the tourist office.

Equipment to bring for the course: yoga or gym mat, rabane (or small mattress), sportswear, bottle of water and towel.
