Twelve exhibitors selected for their love of the region and the authenticity of their products: Sanary merchants, producers or artisans will offer gourmet tastings to eat on site or to take away.
There will be in particular:
- Sanary Shellfish: shellfish, raw and cooked fish, sashimi, carpaccio, tuna steak, grilled octopus, fish soup, lobster brioche sandwich Lobster Roll. Pasta of the day.
- Ô Détour Provençal: caviar, foie gras, salmon. Pasta in the wheel (parmesan, foie gras, truffle).
- Kau'Wahi: Lyon specialties: plate and Lyon burger. Pink praline tart, mini pancakes, bugnes, candy apple, cronuts. Mulled wine and cider. Children’s snacks.

For 4 weeks, the gourmet village will be punctuated by various concerts from 19:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.: DJs, French variety music, Christmas music, etc.
