La Tarte Tropézienne is not only the name of a unique pastry shop, but it is also a human story made up of beautiful encounters that have helped to build a legend ...
1955 - Alexandre Micka settles in Saint-Tropez and opens a Boulangerie-Pâtisserie where he offers a delicious cream tart.
That same year, during the shooting of Roger Vadim's film, “Et Dieu créa la femme” Brigitte Bardot discovered this famous tart and suggested to Alexandre Micka to name it “La Tarte Tropézienne”.
1973 - Building on his success, Alexandre Micka registers the brand and the recipe for La Tarte Tropézienne
