The Ray-Jane estate is the work of Raymond and Jane Constant who, by uniting their lives, united the lands of their ancestors.
Their son Alain continues the tradition, surrounded by his wife Anne and his two sons, Julien and Vincent.
With now 40 hectares of clay-limestone and Triassic land staged in terraces of dry stones, more than a third of which are centuries-old vines.
The cultivation of the vine has remained traditional: without weedkillers, nor systemic, plow plowing, hand picking in respect of nature and ancestral know-how.
Alain, like his father, passionate about cooper and winemaker tools, has constituted an exceptional collection. These rare pieces, unearthed for his personal pleasure, have over time constituted an incomparable eco-museum with more than 30 pieces, open to visitors by reservation.
