Méti d'Oli is an olive-growing estate located in La Ciotat.

Méti d'Oli, which means "put oil" in Provençal, is an olive oil farm located in La Ciotat, producing 100% olive oil.

In 2013, Alyn and Eris Hassler acquired this land with around thirty hundred-year-old olive trees, where the farm buildings will be built in 2017.

In 2017, they completed part of the work on the farm buildings and opened a small farm shop and, above all, installed their new private mill to extract the oil on site and finally succeed in being 100% producers, from working the soil in the olive groves, pruning and treating the olive trees, extracting them at the mill and selling their oils.

In 2020, the conversion of the entire farm to organic farming began.

In 2022, number 7 received the Gold Medal awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
It is a blend of slightly matured Salonenque, Grossanne, Cayon and Calletier, cold extracted in a stainless steel mill.

Made entirely of stainless steel and made in Italy, the mill has the capacity to crush 150 kg of olives per hour. It is composed of a stripper-washer, a hammer mill, two mixers with a capacity of 2 kg each, and a two-phase decanter separator, which is a centrifuge in which the clarified and separated oil phase is discharged by gravity onto the liquid side of the decanter.
The autonomy provided by a private, independent mill allows for crushing, while seeking out tastes and aromas, to produce matured olive oils (Métis d'Oli n°7) and single-varietal oils as well as more personal blends.

The small direct sales shop is located near the last plot acquired by the couple, bringing the total to 2000 trees.
