Established in 1951, Domaine du Paternel has been farmed by the Santini family for four generations. Its vineyard lies on a limestone and clay terroir that lends freshness and minerality to the estate's wines.
The estate produces a majority of white wines under the CASSIS Protected Designation of Origin.
Domaine du Paternel also cultivates vines in neighboring appellations: a rosé wine in the Côtes de Provence appellation and a red wine for laying down in AOC Bandol.
All wines are certified organic.
