Located on a sedimentary terrain of secondary age (Upper Cretaceous, Santonian stage), the soil is of a marl-sand nature (Influence of the proximity of the classified site of "Grès de Sainte Anne), that is to say that it is balanced in clay, limestone and silica, which is not the most frequent case in Provence. This terroir, unique in the composition of its soil, produces wines of great finesse. Yield control is achieved by short pruning, severe disbudding and green harvesting or defruiting.
WINES
* Red wine - Domaine de La Laidière
"It is mainly made from Mourvèdre (bouquet, body, color), combined with Grenache (velvet, suppleness) and Cinsaut (finesse). Vinified in stainless steel vats, the aging is carried out in oak tuns for 18 months. Dark purple-garnet in color, quite tannic in its youth, it reveals its full potential after a few years of aging.

* Rosé wine - Domaine de La Laidière
"Elegant, clear color with a beautiful aromatic finesse, it is supple but dry, fruity and very long in the mouth. Stimulating for the taste buds, this free-run wine is vinified by direct pressing from a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache and Cinsaut. It will bring you a lot of pleasure both in its youth and a few years later thanks to its aging potential due to the king grape variety.
