The history of Domaine de la Font des Pères dates back to the 13th century when the Observant monks adopted this land located on an exceptional site, rich in natural springs.
The first vines appeared at this time following the work of the religious, who, fine agronomists and aware of the richness of this slope of the hill, planted many food crops including vines.
This place then took the name of its natural resource, the sources (Font), associated with those who exploit it (the fathers).
The Domaine de la Font des Pères located in Beausset, in a green setting, is surrounded by vines clinging to steep terraces.
The wines are produced there in the Bandol, Côtes de Provence and IGP Mont-Caume appellations, in organic farming. The estate offers tours and tastings as well as picnics in the vineyards which can be booked directly on the website.
Beyond wine production, the estate also has a restaurant open all year round: the Ferme Auberge, run by Chef Raphaël Linossier who draws inspiration from the latest developments in the estate's vegetable garden to offer sophisticated cuisine and season. In summer, the Bistrot opens its terrace with its homemade savory and sweet tapas.
The accommodation on site allows visitors to take advantage of this privileged place over several days and the various meeting and reception rooms make it a privileged place for the organization of professional and private events.
