FACTORY VISIT

Provence is a land cradled by the Wind, the Sun, the Hills and a certain passion for cooking. Provence is also a land of tradition which is sung in the Pastoral, is practiced at the Nautical Joust and to the sound of Drums and Galoubets.

When you feel like combining Tradition and Cuisine, you quickly find yourself around a cauldron to discover with the greatest interest the making of Nougat de Provence. Honey, sugar and almonds and you will get Black Nougat. Add egg white and it will be a White Nougat.
