In addition to the region's iconic honeys, such as garrigue honey and lavender honey, I seek out different, more confidential honeys from protected biotopes to guarantee you original flavors. Committed to an eco-responsible approach from the very beginning of my business, all my honeys are certified organic.
I deliberately restrict myself to a limited geographical area, I only offer regional honeys and in quantities that fluctuate from one year to the next depending on the weather.
