The Domaine de la Vivonne is located on the hillside of the medieval village of Castellet and close to the sea.

Creation of the Domaine: 1904
Surface: 25 ha
Production: around 1000 hl.
Average age of the vines: 30 years
Yield: 35 to 40 hl / ha
Soil: sandy loam on marly limestone
Grape varieties: Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle
Aging: oak casks for the reds, enamelled vat room for the rosés and whites.

Location: Around the building, we find the vines planted in terraces. The majority of our Mourvèdres are in terraces.

Modernization work has been undertaken since its acquisition in 2011, in order to remain one of the jewels of the Bandol vineyard.

The vine: We perpetuate a traditional culture with manual harvests.
The land is plowed without weedkiller or synthetic fertilizer.
These vines are disbued and fruited to leave only one bunch per vine expressing all its quintessence.
We have one of the finest collection of Old Vintages from 1979.
Wine bar - new! Wine by the glass / charcuterie cheese plancha.
