Domaine Souviou invites you to discover its wines (AOP Bandol § AOP Côtes de Provence). The estate, with its 7000 olive trees, 200 of which are thousands of years old, also produces an extra virgin oil (green fruity)/(PDO olive oil from Provence).
The estate is today the property of Roger Jaar, a polytechnician and international businessman, a lover of Provence and who is committed to restoring this estate with all respect for history and nature.
WE LOVE

- The beauty of the vineyard between sea and forest.
- The XNUMXth century bastide to which is attached a chapel with "angel wings" and which belonged to the French actress Danielle Darrieux.
- The vernacular heritage which bears witness to life on the estate in past centuries: walls with "apie" bees where beehives were placed (rare heritage in Provence), a well, old cade oven, a dry stone hut known as "borie" in the south.
- The magnificent olive grove, unique in Provence with its thousand-year-old olive trees which includes more than 7000 feet.
- The characterful tasting cellar dug into the rock, to discover Bandol and Côtes de Provence wines as well as the three varieties of olive oil: VIRGILIA, SELVATICA and PLINIA, rewarded numerous times with medals.

THE SITE
The estate extends over 95 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and forest overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is a place rich in history for more than 1000 years and a veritable conservatory of 7000 olive trees which stand majestically on terraces.
