At the heart of the prestigious and confidential Bandol appellation, Domaine Souviou has cultivated authenticity and the art of living between vines and olive trees for several centuries.
Domaine Souviou invites you to discover its wines (AOP Bandol § AOP Côtes de Provence). The estate, with its 7000 olive trees, 200 of which are thousands of years old, also produces an extra virgin oil (green fruity)/(PDO olive oil from Provence).
The estate is today the property of Roger Jaar, a polytechnician and international businessman, a lover of Provence and who is committed to restoring this estate with all respect for history and nature.

THE SITE
The estate extends over 95 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and forest overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It is a place rich in history for more than 1000 years and a veritable conservatory of 7000 olive trees which stand majestically on terraces.
