Domaine Lafran-Veyrolles

Great-grandfather Romain VENTRE left the Estate in 1917 to his granddaughter CLEMENT. She became very attached to the land and from 1929, it was her husband Louis FEREC, a painter practicing at the BEAUX-ARTS, an active resident member of the Académie du VAR, who nothing seemed to destined for an agricultural vocation, loved it too: to paint it first and to truly possess it, to make another work of it. It is no longer ``Poet and peasant``
He is a "Painter and Winemaker". He devoted a large part of his life force to rebuilding, expanding and renovating it during the leisure time left to him by his main activity. Thanks to him, the LAFRAN-VEYROLLES estate is one of the first BANDOL estates. The size is modest, but what love is included... So much love that the CLEMENT-FERECs converted their daughter to this same cult of the Vine and Wine and that today, after other occupations, this daughter and her husband the FEREC-JOUVEs are the operators of the Estate.
