Since 1864, in Signes, 5 generations of confectioners have passed on and continue to pass on their passion for nougat. Originally, the Fouque house had multiple activities: biscuits, candies, fine pastries, candied fruit, syrups, and nougats. Thanks to these last two specialties, we have obtained the various gold and silver medals that have contributed to the reputation of our confectionery.
