Cycle paths in Bandol
In Bandol, if you choose to use a bicycle for your daily activities, we have two plots of cycle paths which can help you find your place in traffic:
- The one going back from Intermarche at the roundabout right next to the Ribeirou bakery: perfect for your shopping without having to pedal at 50 km/h (regulated speed for cars on this route).
- The one along the Casino beach, to the Lido beach of Sanary-sur-Mer, also called " soft way »: ideal for taking the time to find a spot on the sand for a few hours of relaxation and thus avoid the rather narrow and very busy road in summer.

Gravel mountain bike trails in western Var
New for 2025, the destination South Provence Sainte Baume, in partnership with VTOPO editions, have defined for you no less than 11 mountain bike trails. Very aptly named " Gravel: from the vineyard to the sea in western Var ", the latter cross some of the most beautiful villages in the surrounding area, obviously starting with Bandol, followed by Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Cadière d'Azur, Castellet and Sanary-sur-mer.
These routes will allow you to (re)discover all the beauty of our region and our landscapes. A way to connect the coasts of our coastline to the hills and vineyards of the hinterland. Thus, through 11 courses with levels ranging from “easy” to “very difficult”, everyone will find something to suit them, from families to seasoned athletes!
