A freediving professional, skipper and biologist, takes you to discover the most beautiful sites on the Côte d'Azur, from the Golden Islands to the Calanques. Freediving is accessible to everyone, gently, everyone at their own pace, listening to themselves!
- Open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced freedivers.
- Full board (7 nights) based on a double cabin on a beautiful recent Cata.
- Discovery or improvement in apnea, snorkelling, relaxation, etc.
- Mini-conferences on the marine environment, yoga and other surprises.
- Introduction to sailing if you wish, kayak available, subwing!
