Office petanque

The holidaymakers' favorite pétanque competition is making its big comeback this summer!
In teams of 3, challenge the other participants and impose your style on the boules court.

The prize: many gifts offered by Bandol merchants (list of shops and their prizes available here: https://www.bandoltourisme.fr/bandol/temps-forts/la-petanque-de-loffice/).

> Practical information:

- Competition dates: every Wednesday, from July 8 to August 26, 2026 (special evening on August 13…).
- Hours: from 19 p.m. to 23 p.m.
- Location: bowling green next to the Tourist Office.
- Price: €1 per person. Please bring exact change.

Registration:

- On the same day, from approximately 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM, in person, in front of the Tourist Office. No registrations by email or telephone will be accepted.
- Conditions of participation: competition open to all ages (at least one accompanying adult per team), complete teams (3 people) will have priority.
- Winners of a Pétanque de l'Office will only be able to play once more during the summer, namely on August 27, for the last evening (All Stars).

NO REGISTRATION BY EMAIL OR PHONE WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.

Competition procedure:

- Tournament starts at 19 p.m.
Four 45-minute games will be played throughout the evening (7:15 p.m., 8:15 p.m., 9:15 p.m., and 10:15 p.m.). Each game ends either when one team reaches 13 points or when the timer runs out. All registered players will play all four games.
- A ranking will be made based on the number of games won and the number of points (differential).
- The 4 best teams will be rewarded. In case of a tie, a decisive match will be played.

Additional information :
Presence of at least one adult required per team.

Registration: the same day, face-to-face at the Tourist Office from 15 p.m. The person who comes to register cannot register more than 2 teams. 32 teams maximum. Be careful, very often, registrations are complete in 15 minutes. No registration by email or telephone will be taken into account.

Conditions of participation: competition open to all ages; team of 3 people required; the winners of an Office petanque contest will not be able to take part in the following week's contest.
