Located in a residential and very quiet area with sea views, you have closed parking and access completely independent from the rest of the property.
The first beaches are about 1 km away and the city center 2 km.
The first shops are 600 meters away.

The house consists of 1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed + an adjoining bathroom with WC, and a sleeping area with 1 single 120 cm bed.
The kitchen is open to the living room which has a fireplace all opening onto a veranda overlooking the garden.
Deck chair and barbecue are at your disposal in the part of the garden which is reserved for you as well as an arbor.

You are in the Bandol wine region with its many wineries, water activities such as diving, sailing, sea trips, etc ... are available in the town center, the Frégate golf course is 10 minutes away by car, the casino is located in town as well as many restaurants and bars.

The tennis club is also a short drive away.
Bandol is 45 minutes from Marseille and 15 minutes from Toulon it is an excellent starting point to discover the region (Cassis and its creeks, the Massif de la Sainte-Baume, the Iles d'Or and Aix en Provence. ...)

The sunshine being exceptional even out of season you will be sure to make the most of your stay.
