Day 1: culture, history and discoveries

For this first day, and because you only have two, It seems important to us to help you discover the Bandolais spirit. Let's start with what a real morning is. Bandol.

Know that here, a day never begins without a coffee on the terrace. And the ideal way to immerse yourself in the village atmosphere is of course, the church Square. There, you can sit on the terrace and have a bird's eye view of our daily market. Between the smells of the dishes being prepared, the colorful stands and the loud voices of the merchants, you will be immersed in a typical Provençal atmosphere.

After this coffee, head to the artistic soul of the city. Every Saturday of the year, at 11 a.m., the Ravezou Gallery offers guided tour of its exhibitions. So whether you are an art lover or simply curious, the works presented will no longer have any secrets for you.

12:30 am

A break is necessary! If the weather is nice, enjoy lunch on the terrace. The winter sun rays are exquisite. These warm both the body and the mind. Otherwise, don't hesitate to visit the city's merchants, they will welcome you warmly.

After this typical morning, and in order to become an expert of the city, you need to discover our historical route. For what ? Well because the history of Bandol is rich. Rich in highlights, culture, anecdotes. This walk will allow you to better understand the city. In addition, this route takes you throughout Bandol and takes you through secret corners. Pretty cobbled streets of downtown, hidden staircases, unsuspected places, in short, it allows you to enjoy Bandol like a local!

The day is getting darker, the sun is wearing its evening dress, it's the perfect time to admire a sunset on the sea. Go to one of the favorite spots people from Bandol to admire a unique spectacle. We'll see you tomorrow.
