Day 1: hike on the Bandol coast
This first day will be focused on the sea with our famous coastal path. A route that will allow you to cross the sandy beach of Renecros, to overlook our pebble coves and admire the fauna and flora of the Var, all against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. Honestly, it's hard to find better! And because this walk is a bit of our flagship element in Bandol, we have dedicated a whole page to it.

Day 2: escapade in the Var hinterland
After discovering the coast and its beautiful landscapes, we suggest you set a course towards our Provençal identity. Direction two pearls, two villages of character, just 15 minutes by car from Bandol.
The first is none other than La Cadière d'Azur. This little hilltop town and the typical and perfect Provençal shot. Cobbled streets, views of fields of vines and olive trees, small town houses with colorful shutters... A stroll through its heart will immerse you in the story of Marcel Pagnol.
The second village is that of Castellet. Ancient Medieval city, it has kept its ramparts which, when we cross them, still give us the impression of entering a fortress. This village also has the quality of having a superb panorama of the vineyards with the sea on the horizon.
Its characteristic, apart from its architecture, is that today it is the landmark of local designers. So don't hesitate to stroll through its entirely pedestrian center and get lost in its small, narrow and equally charming streets!
???? Good to know : to get there, the 880 bus offers a few trips. That said, these are quite rare. We therefore advise you (unfortunately), to reach these hilltop villages by car. That said, this trip can be included in your return itinerary home, as the highway right next door will allow you to avoid possible end-of-weekend traffic jams.
