APRIL FOOLS' DAY
🐝 So… we got you good?
Our little bees on the roof of the Office, it was an April Fool's joke 🐟
But behind the joke, there's a real idea: protecting pollinators and raising awareness about biodiversity really matters 💛 And who knows, maybe this project will actually happen one day ☀️
Who said the roofs of our public buildings had to simply defy the clouds? Certainly not us! For the past few days, a breath of fresh air (and a gentle buzzing) has been blowing across the rooftop of the Tourist Office. We are pleased to announce the official installation of our first urban beehives. Yes, you read that right: we're going into "Bzzz" mode!

A colorful shared apartment
We often picture bees in the middle of a lavender field, but did you know they love the city? Far from agricultural pesticides and enjoying the floral diversity of our balconies and public gardens, they find a veritable five-star palace here. By installing these hives on our rooftops, we're not just producing honey: we're making a real difference. cohabitation pact with the living.
Why is this a victory for all of us?

The stakes are high, and our commitment is total! The bee is the sentinel of our environment: without it, there is no pollination, and without pollination, our entire ecosystem suffers.
- Boosted biodiversity: Our parks and gardens will thank these tireless workers.
- Active learning: This project is a showcase to raise awareness among young and old about the urgent need to protect our pollinators.
- Ultra-short circuit: Soon, we will be able to taste "Cru de Bandol" honey, a local treasure lovingly harvested by our partner beekeeper.
Queenly security and royal serenity
No need to panic for the more cautious! Perched on the roof, our little ambassadors are living their best life high above our heads. They are not here to bother us., but to accomplish their vital mission discreetly.
“Protecting bees means preparing for tomorrow. By offering them a refuge in the heart of the asphalt, we are proving that the city of tomorrow will be green, vibrant, and resilient.”
🐝 So, the next time you pass by the building, look up and listen closely… You might just feel this new energy that's animating our city. Together, let's make the future bloom!
