Internship: learn to sail at the Bandol Nautical Society

This may seem surprising given the temperature of the water, but the Société Nautique de Bandol welcomes your little ones all year round, summer and winter! As for the courses, the last ones of the year are those offered for the All Saints' Day holidays, from October 20 to 24 and from October 27 to 31, 2025.
Here is the program :
- From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m.: Jardin de la mer (4-5 years), Moussaillon (6 years), Optimist (7-9 years), Dériveur (from 10 years) and Catamaran (from 9 years).
- From 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 14 p.m. to 16:30 p.m.: windsurfing (from 8 years old).
Reservations open on the SNB website, or on site from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or from 13:30 p.m. to 17 p.m.

Finally, for those who are more of a racket person than a hoop person, the Bandol Tennis Club welcomes them for courses accessible to all levels. These will take place from October 20 to 24 and October 27 to October 31 2025. Two options are available to you:
- Children's courses (from 6 years old): beginner or advanced, discovery of the game, technical reinforcement, “Galaxie Tennis” assessment. One hour per day, every morning, from Monday to Friday. Schedules defined on the Thursday before the week of training according to age and level. Package of €90 (€80 for members) to be paid on the first day of training.
- Multi-sport courses (from 8 years old): beginner or advanced, discovery of the game, technical reinforcement, “Galaxie Tennis” assessment. One hour of tennis per day every morning, from Monday to Friday. Two hours of multi-sports in the afternoon at the club, from 14 p.m. to 16 p.m. (padel, beach tennis, basketball, etc.). Schedules defined on the Thursday before the week of training according to age and level. Package of €150 (€140 for members) to be paid on the first day of training. Possibility of catering on site (picnic or club meal at €1).
