La Pétanque de l’Office: the July winners

This year again, vacationers' favorite pétanque competition brought excitement to the city center bowling green. At the port, dozens of teams competed in July to win the title of Bandol pétanque champion and the famous gifts offered by partner merchants. A look back at those who won!

The winners of July 9, 2025

In this very first competition of the summer, pétanque players from all walks of life responded! And it was after several hours of tournament play, dozens of tiles, and hundreds of "Oh! You shoot or you point!" that four teams emerged from the crowd.

Without further ado, here is the official podium of July 9 :

• 🥇 The Crocodiles.
• 🥈 The Three Quiches.
• 🥉 Team Pokefly.
• 🏅 The Doundé team.

Each winning team left with their arms full of gifts, including bottles of Bandol Wine House, a sea trip with the company Atlantis, a candle from Aristide House, 1 t-shirt from the local brand Vilandria, €50 to spend at Spar, breakfasts to enjoy at The Port Inn, ice creams made by Ness Pastry and many other gifts generously offered by the merchants !

The winners of July 16, 2025

On July 16, 2025, the second Office petanque of summer! For the occasion, dozens of teams of 3 people fought on the field. For everyone, one goal : get as close as possible to the jack!

And those who managed to rise to the podium are none other than:

• 🥇 The Three Lyonnais.
• 🥈 The Nono team.
• 🥉 The local team, the Bandolais.
• 🏅 The 3Bs.

This evening again, Bandol traders were there to salute the performances of our winners. A sublime €100 gift voucher valid at The Insolent, bottles offered by the Becfigue House, vouchers to be used at Jade sushi, Michel's house, Optical 2000 or, Velveteen, and many other fashion, epicurean and gourmet gifts!

The winners of July 23, 2025

Make way for the third pétanque competition of this summer 2025! Like every Wednesday evening, the players met on the boules court at the port of Bandol, in order to win the precious championship title, but also and above all, the beautiful gifts from our partners.

After long hours, the long-awaited podium finally became clear:

• 🥇 The Six-Fournais.
• 🥈 The Papalo.
• 🥉 The Ricassou.
• 🏅 The Brucciu.

The four teams set off again once more arms laden with gifts from the town's merchants. Cocktails to enjoy at the bar of this beautiful establishment Rousse Island 5*, chocolate petanque balls created by the chocolatier Creacao, menus to taste at the restaurant La Caravelle, pizzas to order from Piazza Pizza, an annual subscription to be used at Library for All, 1 piece of jewelry to find at Influence, attentions offered by theMilie Agency…and lots of other great prizes!

The winners of July 30, 2025

For this last competition in July, the top spots were decided by merit! Thus, after several fierce games, many well-placed tiles and a few "Fanny" (it must be said all the same), four teams of 3 bowlers stood out from the crowd.

Finally, we find ourselves on the podium :

• 🥇 The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
• 🥈 Friends.
• 🥉 The Goats.
• 🏅 The XV of Besagne.

You can imagine that this Wednesday evening too, Bandolese traders pulled out all the stops! Sea excursions with Atlantis, personalized mug from Val NJ Creations, cocktails to enjoy on the bar terrace Narwhal, a treatment offered by Linda & Yvan Prestige Hairdressing, a discount for organizing an aperitif in good company withAu Clair de la Vigne Side Cellars…The list doesn’t end there!
