And even more than a large terrace, THE largest terrace in the city. And you can eat outside all year round, both summer and winter.

The restaurant we are talking about is….. the sandwich huts ! And yes ! A Bandolese institution, everyone has already eaten at least once in one of the city's sandwich huts. Midday snack or summer dinner at a concert, any occasion is good. Each Bandolais has his favorite hut.
Why the 3 steps ? Well, because to eat your sandwich, the ideal is to sit on the 3 steps in front of the pier for Bendor. There weren't as many front benches, so it was customary to sit on those steps, with a view of the yachts, to eat the cheapest meal in town.
The 3 steps even go up to theTourist Office !
It was also a joke which has been done very often! I especially remember one time when my grandfather teased my grandmother about it. One day he offered to take her out to eat at the restaurant on the 3 steps. What could have been a romantic getaway turned into a casual snack. So you can well imagine the disappointment for one and the smile of the successful coup for the other.
